Evil Dead Rise, directed by Lee Cronin, features a lot of deadites. These bizarre demons still wreck havoc on high-rise buildings today, despite taking place in the cosmopolitan city of Los Angeles. The film also features Alyssa Sutherland, Lilly Sullivan, Morgan Davies, Gabriele Echols, and Nell Fisher, all of whom are avid fans of the Evil Dead series. The fact that these tales shift from a male to a female perspective demonstrates that women can also be supernatural heroes.
